These broccoli cheese bites come together with just 5 ingredients and are tasty enough to turn even the most anti-broccoli individuals. A nice alternative to something fried,  these are baked in the oven. Pinterest link is here, and the original recipe post is here.

How is everyone enjoying July so far? I brought the kids up north to my parents place, and we are having a blast! I managed to pick up a summer cold, so I’ve been struggling a bit this week. Oh well, it’s still summer and the weather is still wonderful!

That future planning guide is really helpful! And those broccoli bites look delicious-I love broccoli and cheese, so I’ll definitely have to try those. July’s been pretty busy so far, but it should be calming down for me soon. Hope you get over your cold quickly!

I have made those broccoli bites before – totally delicious and easy, so a double win. Also, I always love the look of embroidery – delicate and pretty threads and patterns – I have not taken it up yet but it’s on my To-Learn list (along with Spanish and piano!)

Okay… I’m loving this post! I’ve been all over Me and Orla… Love it All!
The Broccoli and Chees Bites are calling my name … the embroidery calms me right down just to look at it {I did tons of it in my twenty’s – maybe I need to do a bit again} and that whole Mind Mapping plan might just be my next big thing…

Summer colds are the worst, hope you feel better real soon. I love Mind Mapping: I read the books by Tony Buzan years ago on how to use it and how great it is for children who might have a hard time learning at school. I have to try it with my son who is very visual and has a hard time with maths. Love the rainbow cookies, so groovy! 😉

  8. Stefanie   •

The rainbow cookies look so fun but work. I used to make sugar cookies back in the day. I miss it sometimes.

  9. Kessa   •

We used to do mind-mapping in school, but what a great idea to use it to help unclutter our minds! I must try that… Maybe it will even help improve my memory (I’ve lost my house keys again!) Those towel projects look interesting.. I can imagine the little embroidery will be a lovely touch to a handmade garment as well!
