Pin Ups: My Favourite Things This Week

I know I’ve been rather quiet lately, I’m still feeling a bit off. But I’ll be back to my old self soon, I hope! In the mean time, I’ve had some requests about getting blog posts via email, so there is now a  box to sign up, on the side bar right over there ——-> (but slightly lower).

Pin Ups: lace elbow patch diy|

I love these lace elbow patches, they are such a sweet detail, and look so easy to do.

Pin Ups: Lemon & Raspberry Cheesecake Tart|

This raspberry lemon cheesecake tart looks surprisingly easy, once you read the recipe. What an impressive summer dessert!

Pin Ups: Sweet and Spicy Galzed Chicken|

These sweet and spicy glazed chicken drumsticks look sooooo good. And there’s even directions on how to skin the drumsticks before cooking, too.

Pin Ups: chignon updo |

I love this chignon, it looks so easy, and perfect for summer- work, weddings, whatever you are getting up to.

Pin Ups: easier lemonade |

I love this recipe for making fresh lemonade that is not about squeezing- you blend the whole lemon, then strain! It’s so much faster than squeezing.

That hairstyle is so nice. I’ll be trying that one for sure. And I’m glad you share my love of all things lemony!

Great pins! The hair one and chicken one especially! Hope things settle down for you soon, but take as much time as you need. 😉

Definitely going to check out that lemonade recipe!

I love the simple elbow patches, and I am such a sucker for all things lace, and never thought of doing something like this – you could cut your patch into all kinds of fun shapes too – I’m thinking a cat shape? 🙂 I hope you will be feeling better soon – sometimes things just take their toll and you have to bear through them, but do not forget to take good and kind care of yourself.
