Pin Ups: 3 easy dips for veggies| knittedbliss.com
Summer has an abundance of fresh veggies to go around, but sometimes it’s just not that fun to eat veggies, right? Then I highly recommend this trio of dips- perfect for snacking in hot weather, with savoury and sweet options. Bound to get you eating your veggies in no time! Apparently, it’s also good for getting kids to eat their vegetables. my kid just sticks in a pepper, licks the dip off, and sticks it in again. But maybe yours will do better.

And after all those tasty veggies, let’s go with a serious treat- homemade reese peanut butter cups. These are not low cal, but they are crazy delicious. My advice? Make them when you are going to a party, so you can share the calorie load amongst your friends and family.

This is a great tutorial on how to make super chunky/bulky yarn from cutting up stretch velvet fabric. So much more fancy than making t-shirt yarn from cut up t-shirts, right?

What a great list of things, especially the wake up list. I start every morning with prayer for the day, I’ll begin to include something I’m grateful for now.

Love the bulky yarn tutorial, checked and kept as reference. And instructed my husband not to throw any more his old tees, I will put them to good use. Thanks for sharing, and have a great week-end.

Laughing about the veggie comment as I eat a bowl of raw cauliflower with my nose crinkled up. I was just thinking “I would SO much rather be eating a baked good!”
