Knitted Bliss Stitching is a one-woman business. Hi! I’m Julie. Every aspect of every kit has been carefully thought out and assembled with love by me, Julie. I strive to find the best combination of sustainable and recycled materials. There is a strong focus on natural materials and as little plastic as possible for all kit components:
- fabric is 100% cotton and printed in North America (via Spoonflower)
- embroidery needles are stainless steel
- embroidery floss is DMC 100% cotton
- sustainable bamboo embroidery hoop
- needle minder and needle threader are nickel and enamel, with plastic-free packaging
- all packaging (tissue paper, card, thread organizer) are made from recycled paper and are fully recycled
Products are mailed in compostable mailers (for more info on composting your mailer, see here), the stickers and tissue paper are sourced from No Issue, I’m part of the eco-packaging alliance which is committed to global reforestation, and my packaging and printing is made and printed on 100% post-consumer recycled pulp (and is fully recyclable!) through a local environmentally-focused and completely waterless printing house, Warren’s Waterless. I don’t quite have the mailing labels sorted to an ideal environmentally-friendly system just yet, but I’m working on it.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, or you run into a problem with one of the kits, please contact me – julie@knittedbliss.com. Unused kits may be returned for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Partially finished projects are not accepted for refund, and the shipping costs to return kits is the responsibility of the buyer.
Privacy Policy
All personal information (including e-mail addresses, shipping addresses and credit card details) necessary to place an order is kept strictly confidential and is used for billing and shipping purposes only. It will never be shared with any outside party, ever. Knittedbliss.com’s store is a secure encrypted website using the Shopify platform that fully encrypts your data for peace of mind – both mine and yours.
Shipping Policy and Delivery Method
All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of the order being placed.
Canadian orders are sent through Canada Post and will include a tracking number. A confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you when your shipping label has been printed, but it may take a day to show up online. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 1-5 business days of shipping.
US orders are shipped with USPS and will include a tracking number. A confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you when your shipping label has been created, but it may take a day or two to show up online. US orders are typically delivered within 2 weeks of shipping, but given the current way of the world, it may take longer. Please reach out to me if you have any questions.
International orders use Asendia and will include a tracking number. A confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you when your shipping label has been created. Delivery times for international orders vary widely and are often tough to estimate – it’s likely to arrive within 2-8 weeks.
If you begin to get worried about where your package might be, please get in touch with me and I’ll do whatever I can to help – but please remember I have literally zero influence over what happens to your package once it’s been shipped and in the hands of the postal service.
