I made these wings on Canada Day are they were PERFECT. I added a bit of paprika and garlic powder, but truly- baking powder was a crispy wing miracle! And this was ridiculous easy. Pinterest link is here, and the full recipe is here.

These peach upside down mini cakes are such a great summer dessert, and easy to swap out peaches for other fruits if you prefer! They also work great with plums and apricots, too.
