This delicious, easy and flavourful dish starts off with plain old chicken breasts, which is a type of meat I hardly ever buy because they are hard to jazz up, but this dish makes them praise-worthy! Add a little side salad and you’ve got yourself a fantastic dinner. Find the easy (you chuck everything in the dish and bake it!) recipe here.
I don’t really bake with mini eggs because I tend to eat them so fast they don’t stand much of a chance of getting to be an ingredient in something, but these have me thinking I could restrain myself, briefly!
