Friends, you know how much I love fancy grilled cheese! This is a great version, with apple, cheddar, chicken, and shredded brussel sprouts (you could skip those if you wanted).I love how this is such a deeply comforting meal, and feels really special, too! A lovely weekend baking treat would be this chocolate and strawberry sheet cake. Grocery store strawberries are already better at this time of year than they have been through the winter, and actual strawberry season is coming up soon! Also, if you wanted to rush it a bit, you could use a box mix chocolate cake for the bottom and just do all the lovely strawberry icing and slices on top and really, who would know? I hope you all have a great weekend! I’ve been recently re-watching all of Downton Abbey, and it’s been a few years so it it’s funny how I can’t quite remember certain plot lines, and it feels really fresh to me, even though I saw it all before!
