These absolutely stunning embroidered pieces tucked into trees just blow my mind. (Thanks Meredith!)

What it really means for the US now that Roe vs Wade has been overturned.

Great reasons to drink tea– other than it being delicious and somehow the most soothing beverage on the planet.

Listen to nature sounds from all over the world.

If you are in the UK- specifically in the Bristol, UK area- I’m running a VERY rare in-person workshop on How to Embroider Your Knits! If you are trying to do some meatless meals (I definitely am!) this is a winner- it’s so satisfying, and even if you think you don’t like tofu, I urge you to give it a try. It taste like takeout! So yum. Find the recipe here.

While not technically dessert, this baked peach oatmeal is so summery and lovely, and would be an amazing breakfast, snack, treat, you name it. Wonderfully delicious and easy. Check out the recipe here.

So I went to an outdoor party a week ago and brought this drink and I was a HERO.  I didn’t even make the pitcher with coconut rum, just normal white rum (so a classic mojito) and everyone still loved them, and it was really easy. I brought fixings to make two pitchers, and everyone loved them! Find the recipe for the cohitos here.

I was so blown away by this pretty granny square cardigan, and can’t believe it’s a free pattern! This would be an ideal summer crochet project, because the squares would be small and portable, and not make you warm if you were whipping them up by a campfire or on a patio somewhere. And then assemble in air-conditioning! So lovely, right? Find the pattern here.

I adore this beautiful faux floral wall hanging. It would be perfect for a dining room maybe, or a bedroom feature above a bed? Or anywhere you would like a photo backdrop, perhaps? So many ideas! Find the DIY right here.

Have an amazing weekend, friends! I’ll be MIA for a couple weeks on the blog- we are going to Bristol, UK to visit family for the first time since Covid struck! James was 3 year old the last time we were there, so he doesn’t remember many of his British family, so it will be very good to reconnect with our family there. Lila, being older, remembers everything so she is very excited. If you don’t mind Instagram, I’ll be sure to post photos (to my stories for sure) along the way. And if you are in the Bristol area, do think about coming to the workshop I mentioned in the top links! I would love to see you.
