What Makes This Awesome:  This is a great idea that I highly recommend to other knitters out there who want to modify a pattern– find a great lace stripe pattern you love, and incorporate it into a simple sweater. Erika’s take on this is perfection! I love the single stripe on each side of the button bands in the front, and the double stripe in the back provides balance to the design. No matter if you are coming or going, all anyone will see is how gorgeous this sweater is.
