I was at a restaurant a few days ago and had the General Tso’s cauliflower, a veggie take on the traditionally chicken Chinese buffet mainstay. It was SO GOOD!! easily the most delicious dinner I’ve had in a while. When I got home, I began looking for a recipe, was stunned to see how easy it really was.
