This sweet potato and black bean casserole is perfect for summer weeknight meals! It comes together quickly, loads of veggies and cheese, and delicious. If you are looking to get more veggies into your dinners, give this a try- I think you’ll like it! I like mine with a little extra hot sauce on top, too. If you like butter tarts, then this maple pie is sure to be a hit. It’s like a gigantic butter tart with maple syrup flavour that you then slice up and eat as a pie! How delicious is that! It’s pretty darn delicious. You could through some nuts on top, too – or ice cream, like shown here. Or both! Pinterest link is here, and the recipe is right over here.

What a fantastic idea for a light coloured sweatshirt – paint it with watercolours! I’m not sure how long this would last if you used kiddie watercolours, so definitely reach for an artist grade palette when you try this. So beautiful! Pinterest link is here, and the full DIY can be found here.
Have a beautiful weekend, everyone. I hope you have gorgeous weather and get out and enjoy it! The Japanese tree lilacs near our front door have bloomed recently, and every time I step outside, it smells so incredible. I am loving how sweet the summer air is.
