Nachos are my favourite food, so I am always excited to eat nachos, in their infinite variety. This version is  everything you love about nachos, but instead of on deep fried corn chips, they are on cauliflower. Look at you, so healthy, eating nachos!

I hope you have a relaxing weekend, but also do whatever you can to help contribute positivity and good to the world. I’ve spent the week feeling sad about the war in Ukraine, and the sudden changing of covid protocols here in Ontario that feel about a month too soon. Let’s try to do our best to be generous with our kindness, because no doubt we are all navigating these times differently, and it’s hard to be our best selves all the time. But being kind, that feels a little more achievable.
