This is a simple, easy, delicious lunch or dinner idea – assuming you like the ingredients, that is! I love bacon, chicken, tomatoes and avocado so this is basically all I want to eat. The recipe goes deep into seasoning the chicken before cooking, but I find you can get a nice portuguese style roast chicken from the grocery store or nearest take out and save yourself a lot of the meal prep. Pinterest link is here, and the full recipe is here.

I’m a little biased, because when Christmas rolls around and I’m at my mom’s house, I basically eat peanut butter cookies for breakfast everyday and it seems logical. Even that one morning when I had cheesecake for breakfast, seemed like a solid high-protein breakfast choice. Anyway. it’s still the holiday season, make some peanut butter cookies that taste like heaven. if you have them for breakfast, I won’t judge. Pinterest link is here, and the full recipe is here. The recipe calls for a type of peanut butter that I don’t think is very common here in Canada- I generally have light peanut butter in my house (not as oily as the normal peanut butter) and it works great.

If you are staying in this New Year’s Eve (either with the family or with friends), why not try this printable party game? Reflect on the best moments of 2018 and laugh over the silliest or most embarrassing. And of course, you could always make up your own! Pinterest link is here, and the full link with the download is here.

With just a tin can and some polymer clay, you can make this pretty and whimsical knit planter. Or I suppose it could also be a vase? It looks SO easy, I really want to try it! Polymer clay can be expensive in the craft store, but you can find lots of DIYs on making your own version of polymer clay (this looks like a really good one, the reviews are excellent). Pinterest link for the DIY is here, and the full tutorial for making your chunky knit planeter can be found here.
