Mods: Changed the rabbit pattern into a cat by changing the head piece to be wider in the middle, adding ears and a tail, and changed the gauge from DK to Aran. More details and adorable photos can be found on her project page, here.

What Makes This Awesome: I’m totally feeling knitted toys lately (does anyone not think knitted toys are cute?), and this adorable tabby was such a cute modification on the original rabbit pattern. Like so many things, the details are what make it- I love Maureen’s decision of having the paws white, and she made a sound choice for the  tonal orangey hue for the main part of the cat.  Even the white tipped tail is perfect on this sweet little cat.
