Mods: Modified the original empire waist, A-line cardigan to have longer sleeves and a more snug, cropped cardi feel. Also changed the crew neckline to a v-neck. Details can be found on her project page, here.

What Makes This Awesome: This is a very different take on the original cardigan pattern, and it totally transforms it into a more classic and chic cardigan. The v neck and 3/4 length sleeves are very flattering, and the cropped cardi is a wonderful length for summer. The modifications make this sweater modern and appropriate for a wider age group, not to mention an absolutely knockout!
