Last weekend I made this blueberry cheesecake, and it was utterly amazing. It’s a ‘summer cheesecake’ sort of recipe, meaning that it’s no-bake and perfect to tinker with for seasonal berries. The body is a mix of cream cheese and whipping cream, so it’s not heavy at all like a traditional cheesecake. Am I the only one eating loads of quinoa lately? It’s so delicious hot or cold, so I’m finding it perfect for work lunches or easy dinners.  This fantastic one-pot tandoori quinoa recipe has loads of veggies, some delightful heat, and minimal dishes to clean up afterwards. I love beautiful notebooks, but the price tag is sometimes a bit much for me. I love this DIY- it includes pretty watercolour printables, and you can affix them to the front of a standard, workhorse sort of notebook and instantly have a hit of pretty. My kind of DIY! Have you seen some of the cool DIYs that have been popping up using neon rope light? So much easier (and cheaper!) to work with than real-deal neon. I love this cheeky little lightbulb light DIY.
