It’s been a busy (and short!) week for me, with only a few days here in Toronto between my trip to Fredericton last weekend, and gearing up for Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend. I wish fall wasn’t so busy!! Hopefully after this coming weekend of travelling, I’ll be all done for a bit and can get back on schedule.

Sometimes it’s nice to break out of the chicken-or-beef rut of dinner. How about garlic shrimp pasta with sun dried tomatoes in a creamy, spicy sauce? Yeah, it’s pretty tasty.
