This delicious, easy and flavourful dish starts off with plain old chicken breasts, which is a type of meat I hardly ever buy because they are hard to jazz up, but this dish makes them praise-worthy! I don’t really bake with mini eggs because I tend to eat them so fast they don’t stand much of a chance of getting to be an ingredient in something, but these have me thinking I could restrain myself, briefly!     My husband recently bought some generic brand mini eggs as an experiment and they were just not that good. I wonder if putting them in cookies or blondies or something would make them better…
