Original Pattern: Enchanted Mesa
Knitter Extraordinaire: 1sunnygrl (Ravelry profile)
Mods: Adjusted the customizable pattern to make it longer, using short rows before the brioche border to create a high-low headline. I made it longer than the pattern and I used short rows before the brioche border to give a high-low hemline. Details on her project page, here.
What Makes This Awesome: This dress does a fantastic job of taking the original pattern and experimenting with the shape. The slimmer fit sleeves have the same details as the body of the dress, and the gentle slope on the high-low hem – plus brioche as a hem!! Why are we not doing brioche hems on everything?! The swooping stripes are so great throughout the body of the dress, and allow a great way to play with colour- imagine this in high contrast solids, or gradient stripes… this is a gorgeous and very flattering dress, and would be amazing in almost any combinations of colours.

This is truly a unique dress, and very flattering on her! I am really impressed.
That is such a stunning dress. Just gorgeous!
