Those Star Wars eggs are awesome. So is the Easter Basket cake. I have yet to try to make a layered cake. I need a pan first. I love eggs any way. I haven’t had a poached one for ages. The one thing my paternal grandmother was good at cooking was poached eggs.

The Star Wars eggs are so cool! My son would love them. Also love the loaded sweet potatoes idea. Much healthier than plain old white potatoes.
