Every variation of burrito is a huge hit in my home, and I hope it is in yours, too! This is an easy chicken burrito skillet that you can either eat in a bowl or grab a wrap and burrito it up at home. Way cheaper than take out burritos! Find the recipe right here.

Oh my friends, you know there isn’t a lemon dessert that I don’t love! This very easy lemon mousse is only 4 ingredients and would be a marvellous dessert if you’re having people over, or even if you just want to chip away at a tasty treat over the weekend! Find the very easy recipe here.

I am completely besotted with this granny square belt bag, isn’t it really cute?? Plus a quick project! This is so cool and would be amazing to customize in your favourite colours. Find the free pattern right over here.

With spring on it’s way, and some of us starting seeds inside, how cute are these marbled pots? You create the effect with acrylic paint, liquid starch and water- how pretty is the effect?! Would be such a cheery addition in some fun spring colours like these. The DIY can be found here.

And then when they are bigger than seedlings, you can move them into bigger pots, and how cute is this pot cover woven with yarn? I love it, and it’s such a great way to get a gorgeous texture that works with your decor, because the plastic pots are affordable but they probably don’t look as good as you’d like. This is a great way to add texture and make any colour pot match your decor. The DIY can be found here.
I hope you have a lovely weekend, friends. Spring is on it’s way.

Wow. Crochet really lends itself to granny bags. Could not find a knitted one on Ravelry (at least in the first dozen or so). Is that because crochet is stronger? Your particular example is so attractive and well-fitting.
That’s a great question! I think it’s because they don’t have the levle of stretch that a typical knit fabric would have- to reduce stretch for knitting, you’d have to use a smaller needle than the yarn calls for to increase the stiffness/thickness of the fabric, and also possibly due to the shape?
