The twice-baked sweet potatoes with veggies, an egg and crumbled bacon is as delicious as it sounds! You could easily omit bacon (or the egg) if so inclined, and it’s a very versatile recipe that is full of veggies. I’m not even counting the wonderful sweet potato, which is full of fiber, antioxidants, and beta carotene! Find this delicious and good-for-you recipe here.

If you are looking for some Easter dessert ideas, or even just a fun way to celebrate easter- how about this marshmallow peeps s’mores dip? Very easy to make, perfect for watching with a spring -themed movie (like The Secret Garden, Peter Rabbit, Hop, or any feel-good movie!) And it’s very high-impact for very low effort, which is always nice. The recipe is right over here.

While we’re talking about Easter, how cute is this crochet bunny storage bin?! It would be a cute easter basket with a handle attached, or wonderful organization bins on a shelf – especially for a baby or kid’s room. Plus, at the super bulky gauge, would whip up quickly! Find the free pattern here.

This little trinket dish DIY is really sweet and easy, and as someone who is noticing a LOT of little leftover plastic toys from when the kids were smaller, this really appeals to me! I think it would be a pretty gift idea for a friend too. You can check out the whole DIY right over here.

If you are ready for lighter garments, this is a pretty crochet tank top pattern that is somehow free! It looks beautiful for summer, or to wear under other sweaters for an extra layer of warmth. Find the whole crochet pattern here.
Have a wonderful weekend, friends! I hope that you are staying healthy and getting lots of crafting in! Thinking of you all.

The first link goes to shipment tracking, thought you should know. This blog is always my destination for Friday coffee break
Eeep, thank you! I couldn’t quite find the original link, I’ll have to hunt for it in more depth later on, but I pulled it down in the meantime. Thanks!
