I have such great memories of my grandmother making scotcheroos when I was kid, back when all baking recipe called for corn syrup. This is a corn syrup-free version, and it still has all the great taste and texture of the original! Find the recipe here.

I am absolutely in love with this bag granny square tote bag! it looks so fun, and would be a great stashbuster, too!  Could even do in a minimalist colour palette of white and beige to go with everything, or a riot of your favourite colours! Love how it looks. Find the free crochet pattern here.

    We did not do super well with vegetable growing last year, but hope this year will be better — especially for green onions. Those things honestly are magical, because you plant them, get them growing, and then just cut whatever you need off them, and they will regrow more or less forever. No more sad wilty ones in the fridge. It’s amazing. Definitely hope we can get those going again this year, if nothing else.

      I’m not the most green thumbed individual, but I do like to try these from time to time! I find the biggest difference is that you basically have to change the water every single day, to avoid things getting slimy. But once you have the habit of htat, it’s just being patient until there’s enough root sto plant in a pot or outside!
