These chicken tostadas are a wonderfully easy weeknight dinner idea, and a snap to make in the oven! Grab a ready-t-eat rotisserie chicken or any leftover chicken and these are ready in a flash. I also love that this recipe doesn’t create loads of dishes, either- it’s all done on the sheet pan! Find the great recipe here.

You know I love lemon desserts any time of year, but this recipe is particularly good for gifting bringing to a friend’s house, or just to use up a wonderful jar of lemon curd! The cookie recipe itself is excellent, and as someone who has never made lemon curd, I find a good store-bought one is definitely a good substitute. Check out the recipe over here.

If summer cocktails are your thing, this garden gin and tonic is so lovely and refreshing, and all the fresh fruit makes it feel really special! If you are having some friends or family over, this would be a delicious drink to offer. You could also do a non-alcoholic version with flavoured soda waters, since it really is all the delightful garnishes that make this feel so extra special! Check it out here.

These flat cat bookmarks are such a cute destashing idea! I love how they only need a small amount of yarn and are a perfect little gifty item for someone you know ho loves to read. plus using up some small leftover amounts of yarn in your stash- a win win! These are from knitty.com, which is a brillant, massive site of online issues of free knitting patterns. Find these flat cat bookmarks here.

So many people love to sew in the summer (or all year long!) And I thought this free sewing pattern for this pretty skirt was too good not to share. And it’s customizable for your measurements, whatever they are! Check out the awesome tutorial here.

I’ll be posting more about it soon, but I’m doing a summer knit and stitch along with One Wild Designs, and it’s going to be super fun! We start July 1st and it goes until September 7th. Lots of time to whip up a summer knit (stashdiving!) and embroider some pretty daisies on it! Come check it out here.

Have a wonderful weekend, everyone!
